Permits for building
Before construction begins on any projects, you or someone acting as your agent, must find out local council, whether a planning permit is required. If so, you must recieve planning permit approval before you can obtain a building permit.
Your application should state whether your agent is your Builder, Architect, Designer or Draftsperson. A building permit is written approval plans and specifications. Comply with building regulations and is official documentation allowing building works to commence.
