Experience you can speak to directly
Russ brings more than 35 years of building experience, an Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Building Construction), later Construction Management study and current domestic and commercial builder registrations. His career spans hands-on construction, site supervision and project management across residential, community and commercial work.
That breadth matters, but the service remains personal. There is no sales handover and no distance between the person discussing the project and the registered builder responsible for delivering it.

Orientation, insulation, windows, airtightness, ventilation, moisture management and material durability all influence how a home feels and how well it lasts. Russ is HIA GreenSmart accredited and qualified as a Certified Passive House Tradesperson in 2020, with Building Envelope and Building Services specialisations.

Timber, stone and daylight resolved as one calm coastal home.

This Point Lonsdale project brings together natural stone, continuous timber lining and carefully controlled daylight. A restrained street elevation conceals a richly detailed interior organised along a long, skylit living spine and opening to a protected rear courtyard.
